Processing Times:

Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines; Delicate Dreams cannot guarantee that the time frames noted will be met. 

Please make sure your address is correct on your order. Delicate Dreams is not responsible for shipping address errors provided to us. If we are notified after the package has been sent out, we will do our best to get in touch with the shipping carrier to have the package re-routed back to us. If we receive the package back, we will provide the customer with the options to re-pay the shipping charge to have it sent to the correct address, or to have the item(s) refunded, original shipping charge excluded.

Taxes/Duties for International Shipments:
Duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery by the recipient. Delicate Dreams is not responsible for these fees.


 
AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING
For Australian orders, we ship with Australia Post's eParcel service.

1. Standard flat rate shipping is $4 AUD for all orders. Standard shipping usually takes around 3 to 5 business days for delivery after being processed & shipped. For shipments to remote and regional areas including, but not limited to rural addresses please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

2. Express flat rate shipping is $8 AUD for all orders. Express shipping usually takes around 1 to 2 business days after being processed & shipped.

3. Orders over $30 AUD will receive free delivery within Australia.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For International orders, we ship with Australia Post International Services.

1. Standard International shipping is $10AUD. Delivery usually takes 7-15 business days.

2. International orders over $100 AUD will receive free delivery.

It is our goal to provide you with our lashes in a timely and safe manner! However, the times above are estimates provided by Australia Post and we are not responsible for any delays caused by them and for items that are lost by them in transit.
